When I open the stream, my voice lags on Discord.

Hello, my issue is that when I start a stream, my voice freezes/stutters/lags on Discord, so to speak, it sounds robotic. My download speed is 60-70 MB, upload is 7 MB, with a computer specs of RTX 2060 12 GB, i5 12400F, and 16 GB RAM.
