When I start the broadcast, my voice lags on Discord.

Hello, my issue is that when I start streaming, my voice freezes/stutters/lags in Discord, so to speak, it sounds robotic. My download speed is 60-70 MB, upload speed is 7 MB. My computer specs are RTX 2060 with 12 GB, i5 12400F, and 16 GB of RAM.
