When I turn on the stream, the sound lags on Discord.

Hello, I have an issue where when I start a stream, my voice freezes/stutters/lags on Discord, so to speak, it sounds robotic. It seems that the download speed is 60-70 MB and upload speed is 7 MB. My computer has an RTX 2060 with 12 GB, an i5 12400F processor, and 16 GB of RAM.
