When streaming in OBS on the system with GTX 1650 Ti, the game's FPS drops.

I'm trying to stream with OBS, encountering the same issue in most games. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
I am trying to stream in 1080p.
Specifications of my laptop: GTX 1650 Ti, Intel Core i5-10200H, 16 GB RAM.
