When the computer is turned on, a website opens in Chrome on its own.

When I start my computer, advertising websites also open in Chrome. It was something like Dinozorp.org, I think. No matter how many troubleshooting videos I try, it didn't get fixed through Regedit, or Chrome. I would appreciate it if you could help me.
