Which advertisement could this man have clicked on?

I received a message in my email saying, "I confirmed my number to read something free on your website and a deduction of 68 lira was made, I want to cancel this." I logged into the site and most likely clicked on an AdSense ad and became a member through mobile confirmation. However, I have been researching since this morning but couldn't find what kind of ad I clicked on. If I find it, I will block that ad type.
