Who does the phone belong to that has the IMEI number copied and is showing in e-Devlet?

Hello. This morning I received a message saying that my IMEI number has been copied, and I noticed this message a few hours later. When I learned my IMEI number and checked, it says that the IMEI number has been copied to other devices. The phone model written in the brand/model section is a basic keypad phone, not my Android phone which is an older model. I am opening this topic because I don't understand this situation. Why did this happen, and how can it be resolved?
