Windows 2012 Server R2 is not opening in VirtualBox.

I downloaded the ISO file from the official Windows website and successfully installed it. During the installation, I allocated 8092 MB of RAM and 4 processors. Afterwards, I started up the system and the standard Windows installation screen appeared. It opened normally. However, after it opened, the following screen appeared.
