Creating such a terrible operating system and releasing it to the market. Yesterday, I reset my Huawei D16 model PC locally. When I logged in and tried to download some software, I couldn't because Defender detected a virus. So, I tried to disable Defender. However, I encountered a message saying "Your IT admin has limited access to this application's various areas." The solutions I applied were:

- I updated Windows.
- I scanned with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes for viruses, but found nothing.
- I formatted and tried again, but nothing changed.
- I downloaded Defender Control and tried again, but still no success.
- I refreshed services, but it didn't work.
- SFC /scannow didn't work.
- I tried through Regedit, but still no success.
- There is something called group policy. I don't think it's necessary, but as I have no other solution left, I modified the Defender settings there, yet the result remains the same.

I'm going crazy. It's running in the background, but it won't open.
