They are developing such a terrible operating system and releasing it to the market. Yesterday, I reset my Huawei D16 model PC locally, and when I entered the desktop, my first task was to download some software. However, I couldn't download anything because Defender detected a virus. When I tried to disable Defender, I received a warning that my system administrator had limited access to various areas of this application. The solutions I tried were as follows:

- I did Windows Updates.
- I scanned with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes for viruses, but found nothing.
- I reformatted and tried again, but nothing changed.
- I downloaded Defender Control and tried again, but nothing changed.
- I refreshed the services, but it didn't work.
- SFC /scannow didn't work.
- I tried through Regedit, but it didn't work.
- There is something called group policy that I don't think is necessary, but since I have no other solution, I adjusted the Defender settings there as well, but the result was the same.

I'm going crazy; it's running in the background, but it's not opening.
