Wordpress Library issue

Hello friends. I am adding a horizontal image to the WordPress library, and it is automatically being converted into a square. I have deactivated the plugins, but the issue persists. When I deactivated the theme, the problem was resolved. However, when I switched back to the same theme, the images in the library were automatically turned into squares again. Is there a solution to this problem? Where could the issue be? Thank you in advance.
