WordPress Theme Admin Panel and Few Questions

Hello everyone; I have started developing a WordPress theme. I am close to finishing it. I believe it looks nice and since I need some extra money these days, I am planning to sell it. This has led me to a few questions. First of all, I am undecided on whether to add an admin panel to the theme. Should I allow elements like sliders in WordPress to be editable from the admin panel, or should I prepare a user guide? I will likely prepare a user guide regardless of whether an admin panel is included, but if I choose not to add an admin panel, I am thinking of providing instructions like "replace the numbers in this file on this line with your category's ID." My reason for wanting to add an admin panel is that I do not want to run extra queries. I want a simpler theme. Would this create any issues for users? Another question I have is regarding the headline system that is currently widely used in my theme. We can see this feature on many websites. It showcases specific stories rather than in a slider format. For example, I can show you this theme: http://theme-sphere.com/smart-mag/ (although it has a slider, mine does not). My concern is that people might accuse me of copying this design. However, I must clarify that the theme is entirely original, my own design. Lastly, my final concern is about licensing the theme. I am not in favor of putting a license on it, like on Themeforest. I want users to freely use it as they wish. I do not want to charge an exorbitant price. But what worries me is if someone who buys the theme decides to share it for free just to gain popularity. Ultimately, this could also be done with the encrypted theme. Should I trust people in this regard? Finally, besides the questions, I want to say one thing: If you are going to comment saying, "If you have to ask us everything, don't get into this business, this is a professional job," kindly refrain from commenting and stay off-topic. If I am someone who enjoys designing things, I believe I should start somewhere in this field. I wanted to ask you these questions on my mind.
